What’s inside

Each flavor keeps it simple: milk proteins (whey), real flavor ingredients, a monk-fruit sweetener blend with a touch of cane sugar, xanthan gum, and lactase enzyme. See each flavor page for its full list.

All pouches contain Milk. Horchata and Pistachio also contain Tree Nuts (almond / pistachio).

The ritual (how it works)
